Lessons learned in the time of COVID…

  1. Photography is a non-essential.

I don’t mean this tongue-in-cheek or with any malice. I mean it with all honesty. Photography is not an essential item – it’s an investment. It’s something you look forward to… something you save for. This is a time when people are holding their breath that their job will still exist when this is over. This is a time where, for whatever reason, toilet paper is in short supply.

(Not gonna lie, even though my income depends on your photos, if it comes down to a decision between toilet paper and family photos – I sincerely hope you choose the toilet paper.)

But in all seriousness – we know that prices for photo sessions or wedding photos (!!) are not a “drop in the bucket”. It’s why when you book your photos (before AND after a friggin’ global pandemic) we know that the ability to save up for pictures did not come easily. Because of this we will continue to, as we always have, put our heart and soul into capturing the memories that are essential for your family.
