Thornewood Castle is like nothing else. When I was growing up, my house was just two or three blocks away from this mansion (trust me – the surrounding community and the thornewood neighborhood are NOT the same.) I remember sitting on my roof and watching the lights as they filmed Rose Red the made for TV movie + once my sister and I snuck into the castle when it was between owners – what a trip. An incredible place for sure. But those are stories for another day.
Today is about Melanie + John. Ah. I love this wedding. these people. and all the guests.
